Now Boarding has thoughtfully curated two Perfect Bite Boxes featuring our favorite artisanal food products to gift to clients, colleagues, friends, and family. The ingredients and detailed tasting notes are carefully packed and wrapped in a beautiful box that is sure to delight everyone on your list. We will include a custom note card and gift tag for a personalized touch. Select from the Mt. Tam or Prairie Breeze Bite Box, or choose Two Perfect Bites if you can’t decide.

ABOUT THIS BITE:
Mt. Tam has been called Brie’s quirky California cousin and is perhaps one of the most beloved artisanal American cheeses. This organic bloomy rind cheese is luscious with notes of cream and salted butter that is indulgent enough for special occasions, yet still appropriate to elevate the everyday. It pairs wonderfully with the not-too-sweet Fig + Black Tea Preserves from Quince &Apple and lends a delicate, almost sultry counterpoint to the richness of the cheese.
The crunchy texture from Treat Handmade’s Candied Walnuts is the real ‘cherry on top’ that makes this bite addictive. The Fresh Thyme is included if you would like to serve this baked and will lend an earthy, floral, and grounding note (the recipe can be found on the back). If you opt out, be sure to serve the Mt. Tam room temperature to truly appreciate the flavor profile.

ABOUT THIS BITE:
Prarie Breeze is Iowa’s Milton Creameries twist on a well-aged white cheddar style cheese, and man do they nail it. It is crumbly, yet creamy and has just the right amount of crystallization that adds a bit of a crunch. Drizzle Heaven’s Honey local, raw clover honey to add a sweet counterpoint with a mild floral note. Thinly slice Underground Meat’s Fioncchiona Salami for a savory, herbal flavor and top with a thin slice of Bosc Pear for a crisp, juicy freshness that takes this perfect bite over the top. When layers on Rustic Bakery’s incredible Tart Cherry Cacao Nib Artisan Crispys and this bite achieves the perfect savory-sweet combination that makes it impossible not to go back for more.
