We take allergies and good preferences very seriously and can easily omit any foods from your board, though we work out of a commercial kitchen that regularly processes gluten, dairy, and nuts, so cannot guarantee there will not be cross contamination. Please feel free to reach out with specific concerns.

All of our boards are custom made and we do our best to accommodate all dietary requests. We can easily omit meats from the boards for vegetarian options. Our boards do not include crackers/bread (unless requested), and we can add a gluten-free cracker or you can supplement with our own to the bread/cracker boxes. We can include a dairy-free cheese on the boards or make a vegan board by special request. In general, we will do our best! Please include any requests to your order, or feel free to reach out with specific concerns.

We do our best to accommodate all requests, but our product rotates and we cannot guarantee we will have all your requests on hand. That being said, it doesn’t hurt to ask! Let us know what you would like included and if we can’t do it this time, we will take the request into account when planning our ordering.

We deliver to the Chicago-land area, mostly to the city and north suburbs. Please ask us if we will deliver to your area. Pick up is also available, and we will travel father for grazing tables, installations, and larger events.

The more time the better! In general, a week’s notice is preferred, though we will do our best to accommodate later requests if there is availability. For grazing tables and installations, we recommend a month lead time or more.

Yes, pickups are available at our location inside Guild Row (3130 N Rockwell | Chicago, IL 60618), but at the moment, the times are limited. We will work with you to try to accommodate pickups as best as we can!

Our small and medium sizes are served on a compostable bamboo tray with a recyclable lid. All of our large sizes are on wooden boards. It is not recommended to reuse the boards.

Yes, we can accommodate custom orders on your own boards or with one of our rentals. There is an extra cost associated with both options. Please reach out to discuss details.

Yes! When you receive your board, keep it refrigerated and then let it sit out for about 20-30 minutes before serving. This will allow flavors of cheese to really shine. For crudités and/or fruit boards, if you prefer them cold, take them out right before serving.Item description
